Payments made in our store are secure payments. At no time we store data or information about your payment methods.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Maestro.
  • Bank transfer: you can also pay by bank transfer. Write us and we will provide you with the IBAN: info@3worlds. Es. Once we receive the bank transfer, your order will be shipped.

Basic information about our shipments.

Shipping cost by geography:

  • Spain (mainland): if your order is over 60 € you will have free standard shipping costs. If the amount is less than or equal to 60 € the standard shipping costs (2 to 4 working days of delivery) will be 3.90 €. This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday, Christmas or special promotions.
  • Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands):if your order is over 60 € we will apply the shipping cost as if it were a shipment to the Peninsula, ie € 3.90. For orders under 60€, the shipping cost for Balearic Islands will be 5,90€ and for Canary Islands 9,80€ (3 to 6 working days of delivery).
  • European Union: the shipping price will be calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping destination (4 to 6 business days delivery).
  • Rest of the world: the shipping price will be calculated at the time of checkout, depending on the shipping destination (8 to 12 working days of delivery). The price of the product will be displayed excluding VAT. If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will ship your package via the DDU (Duties and taxes upaid) Incoterm, which means that 3worlds will be responsible for delivery, but will not assume any possible customs charges or local taxes. The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the products (even if he/she rejects the order).


Discount:
If you have any discount to be applied, you have to enter it in the corresponding box at the checkout, after adding your products to the cart.

Final price: The final price of your order will be the result of adding the amount of each of the garments. However, this final price will be modified according to 2 circumstances: if you have to pay or not the shipping costs and if you have any discount.

Important: The prices of all our products are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT), except those products that are shipped outside the European Union. Shipping costs are independent of any return requested at a later date.

Product delivery

At the moment you make the purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. You will be able to track your order at all times. The average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days if the place of shipment is within the Peninsula, 3 to 6 days in the case of islands, 4 to 6 days in other EU countries, and 8 to 12 days in the rest of the world. This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday, Christmas or special promotions.

If you do not receive your order within this period, please contact us at info@3worlds.es and we will sort it out with our shipping agency as soon as we can.

In the case of returns in Spain (Peninsula), the returns will be are free of charge. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. Any product may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. If this period is exceeded, the right of return will be lost and any damages will be borne by the user. In order to process the return in Spain you only have to follow these steps:

  1. Access our returns portal by clicking here. click here
  2. You will need to enter:
    • Your order number, your email or your phone number.
    • The zip code where that order was delivered to you.
  1. Once you have accessed the portal, you will be able to see all your orders and you will have to select each of the products you want to return and indicate the reason why you want to return the product. If all products are returned, please select all products and then click on the "return products" button.
  2. In the new screen you will have a summary of what you are returning and to confirm the return you will have to click again on "Return products".
  3. Once the return is confirmed, you will find another button to download the return labels. You will also receive an email with a barcode that you can present at the post office.
  4. Now all you have to do is go to your nearest post office, show them the return barcode and give them the package. Do not forget to keep the proof of delivery that they will give you in case you have to claim any problem. If you do not keep it, you will not be able to claim anything.
  5. As soon as we receive the return in our warehouse and check that everything is correct, we will issue the refund to the bank card you used to process your purchase. This refund may take between 5 and 7 days depending on the time it takes your bank to make it effective.


Remember that all returns must be delivered to the post office, under no circumstances will they be picked up at any other place or at your own home.

* It is only allowed to return products that have not been used, having to be in perfect condition. In case of receiving a product that has been used, the refund will be refused.

ACCESS THE RETURNS PORTAL

Any return requested from a country outside the European Union will have to be made at the customer's expense and cost. This includes transport costs and import taxes of the country of destination (Spain), which must be deposited within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Once the customer has made the payment of both costs and we receive the product in our warehouse according to the conditions set out above, we will refund the outstanding balances. In all cases we will only refund the amount of the returned garment/s, not including shipping costs. Our sweatshirts are made of 100% cotton.

This means that it is a natural product: our cotton contains no chemicals and is considered a hypoallergenic product, it does not usually cause allergic reactions.

It is very soft, comfortable and easy to wear. In addition, 100% cotton is considered one of the most durable and resistant fibers.

Finally, 3Worlds sweatshirts use chemical and toxic free dyes, contributing to your well-being and that of the planet. In addition, the entire manufacturing process is carried out within a 20 km radius in Spain, we are Carbon Footprint Figthers.

Our sweatshirts are made of 100% cotton. We recommend that you wash them in cold water and avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.

Please note that our sweatshirts do not follow a loose-fitting pattern; please take this into account when choosing your size.
